At the begining of event fairy-tale about Food pyramid was told, later kids draw the pyramid by themselves, also we discussed about vegetables, fruits, water, healthy and non-healthy food, our selections and why it is good or not. Kids weighted on the balance the quantity of fruits and vegetables which should be eaten during the day (everyday). Their results were very close to the recommended norms (400g/day). We tasted different healthy food. Methodical books "Brokoliukas" were shared, as well reflectors with HealthEDU and Erasmus+ logo. |
